1. Identification Requirements
Before we can process any orders or provide services, clients must submit the following:
Government-issued photo identification
Passport, national ID card, or driver’s license
Must be valid (not expired)
Name must match the submitted order details
Proof of residential address
Utility bill, bank statement, or official government document
Must be dated within the past 3 months
Must clearly show the client’s name and address
Selfie verification (optional but may be requested)
A photo of the client holding their ID and a handwritten note with the current date
Used to verify document ownership
2. Document Review Process
All submitted documents are manually reviewed by our internal team. We may request additional information if:
The documents are unclear or tampered with
The name or address does not match
The ID appears to be fake or invalid
The client is located in a high-risk or sanctioned jurisdiction
We reserve the right to refuse service at any stage of the process if identity cannot be reasonably verified.
3. Compliance with International AML Laws
Privatily complies with applicable AML regulations across the jurisdictions where we operate. We do not accept clients or payments from individuals or entities that:
Appear on global sanctions lists (e.g., OFAC, UN, EU)
Are involved in illegal activity or financial crime
Are using false or misleading information
If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to:
Freeze accounts or withhold service
Report the case to relevant authorities
Terminate the business relationship without refund
4. Data Protection
All KYC documentation is securely stored and handled in compliance with data protection laws. We do not share personal data with third parties unless legally required to do so by regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
5. Client Responsibility
By using our services, the client agrees to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Maintain updated documentation when requested
Accept full responsibility for the legitimacy of the documents submitted
Providing false information may result in immediate service termination and potential legal consequences.
6. Ongoing Monitoring
Privatily may perform periodic reviews of existing clients to ensure ongoing compliance. Clients may be asked to resubmit documents or provide additional details if risk levels change.
