Service Accessibility
We like to be honest
Some of our services may not be accessible to clients from certain parts of the world, particularly those in sanctioned countries. For example, while some countries may allow individuals from certain regions to form a company, certain financial services may not accept them. Services like Stripe, Mercury, Wise, and other fintech platforms have policies that restrict business owners from certain regions, even if their business is registered in a country supported by these platforms.
Please be aware that we have no control over the policies of these third-party companies, and we cannot guarantee acceptance by them, even if you are from a non-sanctioned country. Account approvals are often reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and their decision to accept or reject your application is entirely up to them.
It’s important to note that the company formation documents we provide are legitimate and meet the standards required by these services. Based on feedback from our clients, we know that the documents we provide have been accepted by these companies. In fact, some of our clients have successfully opened bank accounts with major institutions like Chase. However, the acceptance of your account still depends solely on the individual service’s policies, not on the legitimacy of your company or documentation.
We encourage you to review the policies of the specific services you intend to use to ensure that you meet their requirements.
